Claims Process 
1.    Register your claim

Documents Required: 
1.    Copy of your Certificate of Insurance
2.    Police Report 
3.    Other documents requested (based on your claim’s circumstances)

2.     Receive your claim number

• Once RAKINSURANCE has received all related documents, RAKINSURANCE will provide you with a claim number via an email. If you don’t receive this notification, please contact their Call Centre to 800 7254 from Sundays to Thursdays 7 AM to 10 PM and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

3. Next Steps

• RAKINSURANCE team will reach out to you and explain the next steps and processes such as submission of police report wherever applicable.
