That's why we've come up with a simple yet smart protection that covers you in times of accident, disability and sickness.

MaxAdvantage Plus pays a lump sum or covers medical expenses for you and your spouse, if you opt-in for optional cover.

  • Lump Sum amount will be paid, in case of Death due to Accident, Permanent Total Disability due to Accident, and Death due to sickness
  • Daily hospitalization benefit will be given, in case of hospitalization due to sickness or accident
  • Second Medical Opinion and Doctor on call available
  • Up to AED 300,000 Death due to sickness (including COVID-19 complications)
  • Up to AED 720,000 Accidental Death 
  • Up to AED 720,000 Permanent Total Disability
  • Up to 300 per day, maximum 30 days of Daily hospitalization benefit due to accident or sickness
  • Second Medical opinion and doctor on call included
  • Optional Spouse cover

Claims Process 

1. Register your claim

  • EMAIL: Email a copy of the Certificate of Insurance along with Claim Form to [email protected].
  • OFFICE: Drop a copy of the Certificate of Insurance along with Claim Form at RSA’s branch office.
  • CALL:  Speak to one of their team members at RSA’s Claims Hotline at 04 302 9835 / 04 302 9903 from Sunday to Friday.

2. Receive your claim number

  • Once RSA has received all related documents, you will be provided with a claim number via an email by RSA team. If you don’t receive this notification, please contact RSA’s Claims Hotline at 04 302 9835 / 04 302 9903 from Sunday to Friday.

3. Next Steps

  • RSA team will reach out to you and explain the next steps and processes such as submission of police report wherever applicable.
