Claims Process 

1. Register your claim

  • EMAIL: Email a copy of the Certificate of Insurance along with Claim Form to nonmotorclaims@ae.rsagroup.com.
  • OFFICE: Drop a copy of the Certificate of Insurance along with Claim Form at RSA’s branch office.
  • CALL:  Speak to one of their team members at RSA’s Claims Hotline at 04 302 9835 / 04 302 9903 from Sundays to Thursdays.

2.Receive your claim number

  • Once RSA has received all related documents, you will be provided with a claim number via an email by RSA team. If you don’t receive this notification, please contact RSA’s Claims Hotline at 04 302 9835 / 04 302 9903 from Sundays to Thursdays.

3.Next Steps

  • RSA team will reach out to you and explain the next steps and processes such as submission of police report wherever applicable.
