Cheque Deposit Box

At RAKBANK we understand that your time is precious. That’s why we are pleased to announce the introduction of Cheque Deposit Boxes at our branches to save you time.

From 1st December 2014, you will be able to deposit your cheques in these boxes instead of at our teller counters, 24x7. What’s more:

• Non - RAKBANK Cheques deposited before 10 a.m. will be processed on the same day.
• RAKBANK Cheques deposited before 3 p.m. will be processed on the same day.
• RAKBANK Cheques deposited after 3 p.m.will be processed before end of following business day.

• Write the account number clearly on the reverse of the cheque.
• Simply place your cheques in the envelopes provided.
• Fill in the required details on the Cheque Deposit Voucher attached to the envelope.
• Insert the envelope along with the voucher in the Date & Time machine.
• Tear off your acknowledgement slip.
• Deposit the envelope in the RAKBANK Cheque Deposit Box.

Kindly note that Teller Counters will only accept RAKBANK Cheques after the introduction of our Cheque Deposit Boxes.

You also have the convenient option of using all RAKBANK ATMs and EDMs that accept cheque deposits.
