Removal of Dedicated Trade Finance Desk in Umm Hurrair Branch

The waves of change are constant and ever forward, and as we ride the currents to a digitalized future, where all your banking needs are ‘simply’ a touch away, we have taken the decision to remove the exclusive desk for Trade Finance services from our Umm Hurrair Branch, effective 01/04/2023.
For your convenience, we urge you to use our Digital Banking facility to easily place requests for all your Trade Finance transactions with just a click of a button!
If required be, you will still be able to submit your Trade Finance requests at our Umm Hurrair Branch by approaching any of our Customer Service Specialists, and avail our TRADEASSIST services by calling 8006789 from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm, or by sending across your queries to [email protected].

On the occasion of this great country’s 51st National Day, may the spirit of freedom lead us all to success and glory in life.
To honor this auspicious event, the Central Bank of UAE has declared this occasion as a holiday for all UAE banks and financial institutions. Hence, kindly be advised that the following services will not be available beginning from the 1st of December 2022 till the 3rd of December 2022.
- Cheque Clearing (ICCS)
- Payment via Direct Debit System (DDS)
- AED & Non AED Fund Transfer services via Digital Banking
These services will resume on the 5th of December 2022 as per RAKBANK’s working hours.
Please note that Instant Payment Transfers (IPI), RAKMoneyTransfer requests, and cash deposits will not be impacted during the holiday, with the funds being credited to your account(s)/beneficiary account(s) immediately.
If your Loan/Finance payment due date falls during the holiday period, kindly ensure that sufficient funds are available on your payment due date so we can recover the Loan/Finance installment on the first business day after the holiday (i.e. 5th December 2022), and to avoid any late payment fees/charges.
If your Card(s) payment due date falls during the holiday, please ensure that payments are made on or before the due date to avoid any late payment fees/charges.
