The activity, scheduled initially from 4:30 am to 8:30 am, took longer to execute due to unavoidable technical issues.
Currently, all maintenance issues have been resolved, and we are pleased to advise you that all our systems are up, and you may now use any non-RAKBANK ATM for your transactions.

Teller timings in all our Branches

We are delighted to inform you that we have further extended the Teller timings in all our Branches, to serve you till 03:00 PM, effective from 01/03/2023.
Please find below the timings of the Services and Tellers in our Branches:
- Al Mannei Branch: All services are from 8:00am to 3:00pm, from Monday to Thursday, with Friday being from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Saturday and Sunday closed.
- Remaining Branches: All services are from 8:00am to 3:00pm, from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, with Friday being from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Sunday closed.
- Mall Branches (Dragon Mart & Motor City): All services are from 10:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days a week, (Friday closed from 1pm-2pm for prayers).
Kindly be reminded, that all our ATM’s/EDM’s within the Branches are accessible 24/7.

Service Downtime - Electronic Documents Attestation System (eDAS)

Dear Customer,
Kindly be advised that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) is working to improve the Electronic Documents Attestation System (eDAS), which will result in a brief service interruption. Per the most recent notification, the grace period for an attestation has been extended to allow customers to complete the transaction at their own convenience.
Consequently, during the interim period from the 1st of February 2023 until the 28th of February 2023, the 14-day grace period will be temporarily extended and clients will not be penalized for any transactions or import declarations made during that time. Clients are also requested to directly send their declarations and bills of entry for the month of February 2023 to the relevant authorities, without any documents that have been attested.
Additionally, kindly note that MoFAIC has standardized the value of attestation starting from the 1st of February 2023 as follows:
- Invoices with a value less than AED 10,000 are not eligible for attestation.
- A standard cost of AED 150.00 per invoice and certificate of origin, irrespective of the invoice amount.
For your reference, please note that RAKBANK will resume the process of raising invoices for attestation once notified by MoFAIC on system availability.

To honor this auspicious event, the Central Bank of UAE has declared this occasion as a holiday for all UAE banks and financial institutions. Hence, kindly be advised that the following services will not be available beginning from the 1st of December 2022 till the 3rd of December 2022.

- Payment via Direct Debit System (DDS)
- AED & Non AED Fund Transfer services via Digital Banking

Please note that Instant Payment Transfers (IPI), RAKMoneyTransfer requests, and cash deposits will not be impacted during the holiday, with the funds being credited to your account(s)/beneficiary account(s) immediately.
If your Loan/Finance payment due date falls during the holiday period, kindly ensure that sufficient funds are available on your payment due date so we can recover the Loan/Finance installment on the first business day after the holiday (i.e. 5th December 2022), and to avoid any late payment fees/charges.
