After careful consideration and evaluation, we regret to inform you that we have decided to discontinue our Virtual Prepaid Card and the dedicated Prepaid Card Mobile app.
We kindly request you to utilize any remaining funds in your Virtual Prepaid Card by latest 1st of November 2023. After this date, your Virtual Prepaid card will no longer be accessible for use.
We understand that this change may require some adjustments on your part, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We are currently developing an innovative solution that will enhance your banking experience, and we will be sharing further information with you.

Update regarding cardless cash deposits - Rolla Branch EDM

Update regarding cardless cash deposits

Dear Customer,
In our continuous endeavor to keep you constantly posted with the Cardless Deposits roll out plan, we are happy to announce the first wave of updates in our Electronic Deposit Machines (EDMs) at Umm Hurrair Branch.
As shared in both our previous email communications, the update will enable the mandatory use of a valid Emirates ID in our Electronic Deposit Machines (EDMs), when it comes to all cash deposits without a RAKBANK Debit/Credit Card (Cardless).
This upgrade is scheduled over 3rd to 4th October 2023. Please expect some impact to service and increased waiting time while visiting the Umm Hurrair branch EDMs.

Important update regarding cardless cash deposits

Dear Customer,
We are upgrading the cash deposit service on our Electronic Deposit Machines (EDMs). With this implementation, you will need to use either a valid debit card, credit card or an Emirates ID card to make cash deposits into your account and for your credit card payments. This change will impact all cash deposits made on our EDMs.
To ensure your banking transactions remain seamless during this transition, we will regularly update the rollout schedule here on our customer notice board. To ensure you can plan your banking activities, we will also keep you updated on the roll out activity at your preferred locations through SMS.
Please note that all EDMs will be updated by 30/10/2023, with the exception of the below machines that will no longer support cash deposits without a Debit or Credit Card:

Discontinuation of RAKvalue superior & ultimate package

Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that RAKvalue Superior & RAKvalue Ultimate packages have been discontinued. All customers who are enrolled for these packages will be de-enrolled effective 30th September 2023. As a result, customers will no longer be able to avail the benefits of these packages from 1st October 2023 and will not be charged further. Please note that any fee collected for the month of October 2023 will be reversed to the respective customer account before the end of October 2023.
