If you are a RAKBANK accountholder, you can also choose to pay through the following methods:

  • Digital Banking: You can pay your Credit Card outstanding balance via Digital Banking
  • RAKdirect: Just dial 600 54 4049, anywhere, anytime to make your payment through our Interactive Voice Response system (IVR).
  • Standing instructions/Account transfer: Pay the total outstanding or minimum amount due by giving us Standing Instructions or Account Transfer instructions to debit your RAKBANK Account by the payment due date.
  • Payments by cheque: Simply mail us the cheque or deposit it at any RAKBANK Branch, ATM or Electronic Deposit Machine (EDM).

Payments made through RAKBANK Branches, ATMs, EDMs, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, RAKdirect, Standing Instructions, Account Transfers and cheques are free of cost.
