Setting up Fitbit Pay in easy steps

  • Open the Fitbit App on your phone dashboard, and select your smartwatch
  • Tap or click your device image
  • Tap on your Fitbit Wallet tile
  • Follow on screen instructions to add your Card
  • You will be requested to set a 4 digit PIN code for your Fitbit Device if you haven’t already done so
  • Enter you RAKBANK Card details
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Enter the Authentication number sent by SMS to your registered mobile number in the Bank
  • You are now set. Keep your Fitbit Device close to your phone as Bluetooth sync is required to allow Card activation on your smartwatch
 

 

Get started with an easier way to pay

 

 

 

 

  • Add at least 1 Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card to your Wallet in the Fitbit app.
  • Enter the 4-digit pin on your Fitbit Device once in the morning and it stays unlocked for 24 hours or until you remove the device from your wrist.
  • At the checkout, hold the left button on your smartwatch and put your screen near the contactless payment terminal.
  • After the payment is completed, a confirmation appears on your Fitbit Device and a push notification with details appears on your phone.
  • Once the purchase is completed, you can track your latest transactions in the Fitbit app on your phone.
