Click and Collect

Click and Collect is a service that allows you to open your account online. You can now open an account at your convenience and visit the branch just once to collect the Debit Card and cheque book where applicable.

Visit a branch just once 

Apply online and collect your welcome pack when it is ready at the branch of your choice.

You can now open  Current , Savings and RAKsave  accounts through Click and Collect.

On receipt of the SMS confirmation, visit the selected branch with your original Emirates ID, and copies of your passport and valid visa plus the initial deposit amount to collect your welcome kit. In case the account is being used for salary transfer, a Salary Transfer Letter from the Employer will also be required.

Your original Emirates ID, Passport ,valid visa copies and Initial deposit. Salary Transfer Letter is required if this account will be used for receipt of salary.

Current Savings & RAKsave accounts requires an initial deposit of AED 3,000

Yes. An email and SMS will be sent to you to complete the application at your convenience in the following manner:

  • By using the link provided in the e-mail sent
  • By inputting the Reference number (sent via SMS) on the Click and Collect account application page

You are requested to check your junk mail. If e-mail is not found, request you to re-apply for the account online using Click and Collect

One consolidated kit containing Debit Cards for both account holders will be delivered to the branch.

This option is unavailable currently.

Yes. The Employer/HR staff should answer ‘Yes’ to the question ‘Are you applying on behalf of a co-worker’ in order to submit an account opening request for an employee.
