At RAKBANK, we are committed to support our customers during these challenging times through various solutions to meet your Business Banking needs through Digital Channels. 

To ensure uninterrupted banking experience, without the need for you or your staff to visit the branch, we are pleased to announce the launch of Digital Access Card (DAC) – a non-financial transaction card. 

Accountants/Customers who are not eligible for a Business Debit Card like non signatories and Call Deposit Accounts can now apply for a Digital Access Card and get access to Digital Banking, IVR and Webchat for information and some non-financial transactions.

Existing Digital Banking users can apply for a Digital Access Card online on the RAKBANK Digital Banking application through desktops / laptops and the RAKBANK Business Mobile App.

Card can be applied by an Authorized Signatory for self and non-signatories, through Digital Banking. Login to Digital Banking > Service Request > General Request > Digital Access Card > Apply for Digital Access Card 

  • Digital Access Card cannot be used for any financial transaction on Digital Banking, ATM / POS / Merchant Online Portals
  • Customers holding Business Debit Card are not eligible to apply for Digital Access Card (DAC)
